Celebrate Bud Wisnieski's 100th birthday
Come be a part of  Bud's Brigade,
a car parade on Saturday, April 25!!!

We'll gather at the Richfield United Church of Christ's parking lot at 1:45, then begin our (hopefully police escorted) trek down Rte. 303 to Medina Line Road at 2:00. We'll parade past Bud's house honking and waving (your own) red,
white, and blue banners, birthday or American flags, streamers, scarves, posters,
signs, ribbons, crepe paper, whatever you can find or create to put in or stream out the window or sunroof of your car. Remembering that Bud served in the WWII Military, anything patriotic you use will be fine.
We need everyone to pass the word to all church members, to your neighbors, and all around town.
Bud knows everyone and the more that join the parade, the merrier!

The police have asked that we abide by 2 requests:
1. No one gets out of their car, no congregating, please.
2. Pull vehicles around the church and start the line up in the right hand exit lane (leaving at least one or two car lengths before Rt 303 for a police escort and also leaving the left lane open in case someone has to leave from the retirement village or an emergency occurs.)
Once the exit drive is filled, those lining up in the parking lots of the church and Retirement Village will have to use creativity to make lines that allow us to fill the space economically, think Disney World or the long lines at the airport.  Also, we're supposed to leave room for an emergency vehicle to get through, if needed.
Once we've passed Bud's house, you're free to choose your own route back.
